Hi. Hello. Is this thing still on?

This is a reboot of sorts. I used to own this domain and ran a little blog on it. It never went far. Then the domain quietly expired, like a Tamagotchi I forgot to feed. I’m honestly surprised nobody grabbed it while I was gone. Hard to believe the internet didn’t snap it up, but here we are, together again, like a band’s reunion tour nobody asked for.

Then Blizzard announced World of Warcraft: Forever, and it felt like a sign. Everything’s new, and on November 4th everyone starts from zero at the same time. No head starts and no gear gap. It’s just all of us standing in a starting zone, looking at the quest givers and wondering who has the exclamation point. I can’t think of a better time to start over. Full disclosure: I’ve already been poking around in the beta, so I may have a map or two folded in my back pocket.

I’ll probably still wander into retail and other WoW topics now and then. Old habits and all that. Mostly, though, I expect I’ll be living in Forever for a good long while.

So grab a log and pull up a spot by the campfire. Stick around while I ramble about grand adventures in a reborn Azeroth. I promise the stories get better than this one. Probably.
